BEGINNER CLASSES NOW OFFERED MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
We have expanded the schedule of exclusive Beginners classes 4 days a week. This will allow all beginning students to attend classes programmed specifically for beginners as required by the Gracie Barra curriculum.

REMODELING - BETTER FACILITY COMING SOON!
Soon, we will be remodeling the shower and changing room, adding seats and new furniture. We plan to remain open with no schedule changes during the remodeling phase. We also plan to add new wall pads at a later time.

DUES INCREASE TO $130 PER MONTH
Effective February 1, 2009, Gracie Barra Santa Barbara monthly dues for adults will increase to $130 per month.  Kids and Teens dues will remain the same.

GRACIE BARRA MAGAZINE MAILED TO YOU
All members will now receive Gracie Barra Magazine mailed to your address free of charge. The magazine provides you with the latest news, and features about the world of Jiu Jitsu, and specialized coverage that will help you get the most out of your of your Gracie Barra membership and training efforts!

ATTENDANCE CARDS NOW IN USE
All Gracie Barra Santa Barbara students will be issued an attendance tracking card. Beginning in January 2009, you need to present the Attendance Card before stepping on the mat each time that you train. The Attendance Card is an essential record of your participation and a fundamental for student promotion under the Gracie Barra system.
