Gracie Barra Santa Barbara

Gracie Barra Santa Barbara is now located at 1014 State Street.  There is 75 minutes free parking behind the Academy.

The location is between Figueroa and Carrillo Streets.  From North or South it’s easy to reach:

Take 101 to Carrillo Street.  Exit Carrillo and head towards Downtown Santa Barbara.  Turn left on Chapala Street proceed one block to Figueroa.  Turn right on Figueroa and proceed two blocks to Anacapa Street.  Turn right on Anacapa and go one half block to the City Parking Lot entrance, turn right into lot, take a ticket from the machine and the gate will raise to allow you to enter the Parking Lot.

• Remember, there is a charge is your vehicle is in the lot for more than 75 minutes!

Celebrating the Pre-Inauguration of our New Location

Saturday August 22nd

Prior to our new school inauguration, we would like to invite all GBSB students, friends and family for a pre-inauguration party, Saturday, August 22nd, at the Jiu Jitsu Ranch in Santa Ynez! We are planning a huge pool party to celebrate the opening of the new home of Gracie Barra Santa Barbara. Join us for local and international DJ’s, Brazilian BBQ, drinks, beautiful people and obviously BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU!

Mark your calendar, get your sunscreen and let’s party!!!
Dress code will be enforced: Swimsuits are mandatory!!!

We also want to update you with some news about the new academy. We have prepared a small album with some pictures of our new academy. Here you can see how the place is coming along so far. The hardest part is all done. We are just taking care of some final details before we finally open for classes. So, be patient and hopefully we will see you on the new mats soon!
