We will be making a few changes in our schedule from time to time in order to better accommodate all of our student’s needs. This new schedule is effective October 5th.
Monday
12-1pm (All Levels)
1:00-1:30 (Sparring)
4:30-5:30pm (Kids) 4-8 years old
6-7pm (Fundamental) up to white belt 3 stripes
7-8pm (Advanced) white belt 3 stripes and above
8-8:30pm (Sparring)
* All blue belts and above are welcome in the sparring class.
Tuesday

*Note: Women’s classes have been removed from the Sunday schedule. Women’s Self Defense will be added to the schedule again as soon as we have a minimum number of participants enrolled in this class.
